Is this a LMC unit or an LMC2?
Neither the new units or the older units have a drop down in the front at the bottom. 
I think the unit was not assembled correctly because neither of our units have that drop down in the front below the door.

Please look at the picture.  Do you have any suggestions as to how to solve the problem?
Is the only solution to bring the unit back?  If so to which location?  Hawthorne or AL?

Please see attached picture of the unit that the customer received; the problem with the unit is the drawers that they do not close; the customer has tried switching the drawers and that did not corrected the problem (the two drawers are of different size).  Please set up pick up of defective unit and process full credit for this order,
